Facing death at full front

I came so close; O, so close to my end of time,

in a carnal death!

At that time I really wondered if I was to meet

My maker.

During the episode, my entire life ran before me,

As it is well known, and it was

A shaker.

From childhood days to where I am now;

Familiar faces I saw, is what

Came across.

It was a scary moment of how I felt;

Lifeless pain appearing as a

Complete loss.

I fought my way out, and fought it hard

Not allowing, what was to be,

Being pulled down.

So, I eventually faced it at full front,

The near death experience,

And erase my sad frown.

I rejoiced and was happy; because afterward,

Facing death is not summed up,

Or as bad as I thought.

I do know now that my time is yet not done,

I’m still here for a certain reason;

Not giving up is what I’m taught.

His Love

The consistency of His love;

Is this!

Fear Him, obey Him, trust Him.

The urgency of His love;

Is a bliss!

That we turn to Him, convert to Him.

The insistence of His love;

We just can’t miss!

We therefore, surrender to Him, as we belong to Him.

The consistency, urgency, insistence of his true love;

Is without a doubt is this!

He gave His Son a ransom; to repent, and to return to Him.

Hungry heart

I ache, I moan, I hunger for what is there to grab; only I find myself at naught.

I fight the fight that I fought through thick and thin, I know not what I sought!

My aching mind and my destitute soul

Is at a loss, for what I search.

Desolate spirit and weakened strength is in search for, for what I can not purge!

Lifeless life to only live to live a life that has me in turmoil and disgraced.

I try so hard to try and defeat the lingering ailment of what I’m faced!

I feel defeated with the agony of failure to resume with responsibility of who I am.

A worthless wretch, a sinner I am, in a crash course of doom, for I am damned!

I therefore hunger for righteousness that is beyond

what is before me, a worldly lie!

So I fall to my knees and pray to God for His forgiveness in His sweet by and by!

I linger in Hope

In our expectation, we have learned to wait for what is to come, of what we anticipate!

So, I linger in hope.

It’s a favorable confidence of the unseen thing that is from God, as we dearly wait!

So, I look in hope.

I look to see; what is the good that comes for me; it is God’s love in my fate!

So, I despair not in hope.

The plan of hope is grand, a joy, a miracle, is this;

That in due time, will come, dear mate!

So, I never doubt hope.

The hope is seen in my eyes, as a glorious bliss

To all of us who can relate!

So, I love God’s granted hop

e.It is a glorious spiritual gift that God gives;

and there is no debate!

Conduct of Holiness

In the event of a true conversion [the reborn of a person], from a wretched life style to holy and righteous state of mind; what should our conduct or behavior be or become? This is a question that everyone should be asked, because everyone tends to forget themselves from time to time. Now, should we stay as we wish; living life as we were, or with the premise concept and assumption that we have not been a bad person in our life span? God forbid! Many have entered into this different life style that is befitting for the salvation of God’s holy family. Yet, many have entered in without regard, or knowledge of exactly what they have entered in, and wind up pleasing the wrong person, or being. What we need to realize is that we have become apart of what God has considered holy by all means; because if we truly belong to God’s heritage then we should be behaving in accordance to what we have been taught in God’s holy word (Ep.1:4)holy and without blame.

There is absolutely no room for reprobates, hypocrisy, slackers, or lukewarm attitudes in the kingdom of God. As I mentioned earlier, if we have entered in, truly convicted and with a true penitent heart then why do we still tend to behave as if it has no bearing in our own salvation! Supposing, do we then need to reconsider our entire commitment to our Heavenly Father. What's more important pleasing God or man (Ga.1:10)

With this lesson we will see just how important it is to really evaluate the difference between what we used to be; to what we should be now. Before going on, I wish to say that I consider it a privilge to re-asses my own faithful stability every now and then. So, to begin, we need to acknowledge that it is a divine requirement (our conduct of holiness); that is applied upon our divine conversion.

This holiness that is required has been instructed for over six thousand years comensicing with Adam and all of those who were very close to God. To note, one thing that we will notice is that in the old testament a paraphrase like “walk with God, or walk before Me" had a specific and significant exact meaning; which is to be as Holy as He. There are passages on this precept for us to further understand; "what it means to walk with and before God"; what it meant then also means today(Ge.5:24Enoch;Ge.6:9Noah;Ge.17:1Abram was commanded to walk before God). The perfection of holiness comes from God as He is holy and perfect, and this was proclaimed by our Lord Jesus Christ in,(Ma.5:48)Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect. In connection to what our Lord Jesus Christ spoke to the multitudes this was also transcribed and proclaimed by Moses (Le.19:2)Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, You shall be holy: for I am the Lord your God am holy. (Le.20:7,26)Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy: for I am the Lord your God. And you shall be holy to Me: for I the Lord am holy, and have seperated you from peoples, that you should be mine.

Of course, and with certainty, this also applies to all those that belong to him even unto these days: this was proclaimed by the Apostle Peter to all Christians in general (1Pe.1:16)because it is written, Be holy; for I am holy. Here is, what I know to be a specific clue to our conduct of holiness, and separates one from another (the saved from the lost).

Throughout the word of God we have many passages that proves what the religious etiquette should surround each and everyone of us. To begin we have what the Apostle Paul wrote to the Romans on how God’s mercies should move us to please Him (Ro.12:1)I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, the you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable [spiritual] service. In reference we read; (Ps.50:14)offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay your vows unto the most High. (1Co.6:20)For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. (1Pe.2:5)You also, as lively stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

Many of our strongest religious etiquette of conduct to holiness, are all found within the Holy word of God, and how we need to bless God for all the blessing and spiritual gifts he has bestowed on those who have tooken part of His heritage [the treatment of our election], (Ep.1:4)that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love. (Ro.8:28)and we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. (2Ti.1:9)Who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began. (1Pe.1:2,3)Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace be multiplied. Blessed be the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

As we have just researched and learned that being holy is a requirement of obedience; we know that this is done for the main reason for us to ackowledge it as a condition and reality of seeing God through His word, only if we posses a pure heart. Being without this condition we can in no wise see God, let alone enter into His kingdom. This was proclaimed by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in his sermon on the mount (Ma.5:8)Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. This was also described by King David in one of his poetic songs (Ps.15). This was later inscribed by the author of Hebrews as an exhortation of constant faith, patience, and godliness (the act of perseverance) (He.12:14)Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord. (1Jo.3:1-3)In this passage we have the singular love of God in making us His children; it’s a hope that will, and can strengthen us while we’re still here in this world, and patiently wait for when He does come for us. While this mentality is inbeded in our minds it sets the stride of purity; as it is our hope of eternal life.

We also have the exhortation of the Apostle Paul for the promises promised if we exercise the purity of life, (2Co.7:1)Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness [defilement] of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. Yet, this can only be done, if we do not mingle with the sins of this world, no affiliations, or fraternize with the affairs of this world (2Co.6:14,15)Do not be unegually yoke together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? (2Ti.2:22)Flee also youthful lusts: but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. If we persist in mingeling with the sins, or affairs of this world we can get tarnished, and may wander off; of our very existence in our conduct to holiness. One thing that we need to be encouraged of, is that we are not alone in this. This is where we see all the promises that God has bestowed on us without holding back. We have Him, His love, His grace to be gratefully thankful for, in giving us His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and for the intercession of the Holy Spirit: everything we have going for us since we committed ourselves to God has been the work of the Holy Spirit, by the commandments of God. (Ro.8:14)For many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Primarily, we are free of condemnation (Ro.8:1), but only if we remain faithful and righteous; this is one of our hopes because we live for the Spirit of God and not our own (Ro.8:5-13). In the pursuit of holiness that we long for is the concept that we should no longer live by the things of the flesh, but by the fruit of the Spirit of God; because the things of this flesh, the world, or the life that we once carried can only lead to death (Ro.6:21-23). This was expressed by the Apostle Paul to the Galatians of the difference between the things of the flesh and the fruit of the Spirit (Ga.6:8)For he that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that sows to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. In the essence of our conduct of holiness we are imploded the concept that we are no longer owners of ourselves; we have become temples of God and the of Holy Spirit of God, who, which resides within (1Co.3:16) Do you not know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? (Ga.4:6)and because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out Abba, Father!

Today we have what is called the effectiveness of the word; which is the Holy Spirit of God, and is living and active and known as a two-edge sword (Heb.4:12): which is also described as the sword that proceeds from the mouth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (Re.19:11-15). The effectiveness of the word is found in what the Apostle Paul told Timothy in His second letter; when he was explaining to Timothy just how the word of God is used for the benefit of everyone that are of the elect (2Ti.3:16,17)All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. This includes what was written in past history of the old testament. (Ro.15:4)For whatever things were written a for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scripture have hope. A part of this comfort comes with the knowledge that the word of God did not come from man or their worldly knowledge, but from, and only God (2Pe.1:20,21)Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation, for the prophecy never came by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. So, we need to be very careful not anger the Spirit of God, or else it will flee us (1The.5:19-quench)(Ep.4:30-grieve).

As we have noticed that everything that we have just read pertaining to the conduct of our holiness is opposed to sin; because sin and righteousness, life and death, light and darkness, our will and the will of God can not and will not coexist with one another; lets remember that Jesus Christ spoke of this during his ministry; when he was speaking of the eye being the light of the body (Ma.6:22-24). The basic idea is that we should no longer have any dealing with our sinful nature because we are so fallible with to much ease; by the inheritance that we have in our flesh (Ro.6:1,2,22). We know and God knows that we are in constant combat within ourselves, but then again we should not look at this as a scapegoat for our follies, but rather we should be setting our affection on the righteousness of God and things above, and the sinless man in Christ (Col.3:2,3)set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. (1Pe.2:24)Who himself bore our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness: by whose stripes you were healed.

After all is done in accordance to what the word of God is teaching can be seen in true worshipers of God. This is considered as being exhibited in life and conduct to holiness. If we are true to God then we are true to ourselves doing everything that is required of us to no extent. We must not be ashamed of who we are and that is God’s heritage, God’s children, God’s Holy purpose. We must therefore shine as a beacon for the lost, allowing our own countenance to show as a mutual agreement to what our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ spoke in his sermon on the mount (Ma.5:14-16)You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand; and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in Heaven.

By way of similarities we must be obedient to all of God’s commandments [bearing fruit] (Jo.15:8)By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be my disciples. (1Pe.2:12)Having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation. (Col.4:6)Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one. As Jesus tells it with all clarity (Mk.9:50)Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another. The Apostel Peter also wrote of it in a very different manner, but same meaning (1Pe.3:15-17).

The concept within the exhibition of our holy life and conduct is in connection with all the words that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ spoke to all his disciples by way of teaching and admonishing them (and us) through the word of God (Col.3:16)Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord. (1Ti4:12)Let no one despise your youth; but be an example to the believers, in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Just as the Apostle Paul told Timothy the truth being moved by the self same Spirit; also told Titus the same exhortations (Titus2:7,8,15). The Apostle Peter on the other hand spoke very boldly to all churches in general the same exhortations; as well as the same exhortations do apply to us now days; what this really amounts to is that everything we have learned throughout the years that only pertains to the word of God can only solidify our conduct to holiness, for ready in mind to do the will of God, and that is being fruitful.

(1Pe.5:2,3)shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as the overseers, not by complusion but willingly; not for dishonest gain but eargerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock.

Although it is an extensive lesson on the importance in the principles of our conduct of holiness we should not hold back our gratitude to our Heavenly Father, for this lesson, as it opens yet another door of our growth in our Christian life. All praises, honor, and glory to our heavenly Father; may he keep us and bless us eternally!

Cast the first stone!

What exactly does come to mind when we hear the words; “cast the first stone”, for some people it comes in a literal sense of actually throwing the stone. And for us being spiritual it can only mean of dehumanizing, judging, and demoralizing one another. For example: this can be seen in politics, when candidates tend to tear each other down with blatant lies. In fact, and on the other hand, with the truth being made known, it is a very strong spiritual message that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ spoke of to the Jews and their religious leaders for obvious reasons. This message appears to have an output of four messages in one, in our spiritual sense, and the one that is most apparent is that everyone of those persons were found with sin by their own guilty conscience, and another is a judgment call; where we are faced with the concept of, who are we to judge one another, and another is the act of repentance, and the last one would be forgiveness. Lets read about an incident where this actually occurred during the ministry of Jesus Christ(Jo.8:3-11). For a small sentences and very few words that is read in vs.7, shows a very profound and very powerful message for them then, and as it is for us now.

Lets begin with the first interpretation of this passage, and it speaks of sin. Well, we all know what is sin, and what it does to us; just how it separates us from our Father. Sin is what defiles the human race; we are all guilty of sin: here is a definition of sin written by the Apostle John as it is described by God (1Jo.3:4)Whosoever commits sin transgresses also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. (1Jo.5:17)All unrighteousness is sin. So, according to the Law which describes what an actual sin is, is there for our learning and to know what a sin is and does! This is also explained by the Apostle Paul in his letter to the Romans(Ro.7:7-11). As the prophet Samuel spoke in (1Ki.8:46)For there is no man that sins not. The Apostle Paul wrote, (Ro.3:23)For all have sinned, and come [fall] short of the glory of God. There is no way that we as humans can say that we are not sinners; because we contradict the very word of God and deceive ourselves; (1Jo.1:8)If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

To give us a better understanding to what are the exact confines of a sin, and where it tends to come from; we can read what Jesus Christ spoke on this point: of what defiles man, (Ma.15:19)For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornication, thefts, false witness, blasphemies [railings]. This gives a clear inclination that sin is within us once we acknowledge what sin is. To top it all, the most despicable ordeal of it all is that it is pleasing to the natural man; the carnal man those who still walk in darkness (Je.14:10)Thus said the Lord unto this people, thus have they loved to wander, they have not refrained their feet, therefore the Lord does not except them. We need to realize that we can not hide anything from God; everything is open to the eyes of God (Ps.90:8;94:11)Thou has set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance. The Lord knows the thoughts of man, that they are vanity. We need to see just how sin is opposed to God, as this was explained by the Apostle Paul in his letter to the Romans, (Ro.8:7)Because the carnal mind [mind of the flesh] is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can it be. We need to be rational to what sin does to us if we do not repent, and this is explained by Moses, Ezekiel, and the Apostle Paul, (Ge.2:17)But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shall not eat of it: for in the day thou eats thereof thou shall surely die. (Ro.5:12) Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. (Eze.18:4) The soul that sins, it shall die. Last but not least we have the unforgivable sin that Jesus spoke to his Apostles in the time of his ministry (Ma12:31)All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost [Spirit] shall not be forgiven unto men. Its quite apparent the stone of sin is something that everyone has with in themselves; to do as they wish in their blinded heart.

The next in line is the idea of just how the people of the world often times offend one another being very judgmental on the basis, or the concept “I am better than the next person!” Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ imploded the wrongs of judging one another with one very strong and small sentence (Ma.7:1)Judge not, that ye be not judged. Then he explains the concept of why judge one another with great emphasis (Ma.7:2-5). To simplify the idea of what he is speaking about; he reproves the Jewish people and their religious leaders because the miracle he did on a the Sabbath day (Jo.7:24)Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. Basically, He was speaking on the idea that why judge me because of what I did on a certain day {Sabbath day}, but rather judge on the righteous concept of the action at hand. Healing the man from his ailments and all his sins. As we have become stewards and ministers of God word; we of all people must not be found judging anything or anyone at all, and be not over concerned that others do judge us: this is explained by the Apostle Paul in his letter to the Corinthians (1Co.4:3-5). There is only one explanation as to why we should not be judging one another? the simple answer to this question is that we are all the same in the eyes of God unrighteous sinners. This is expressed by the Apostle Paul in his letter to the people that sin, though they condemn it in others, can not excuse themselves (Ro2:1-3)Therefore thou are inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou are that judges: for wherein thou judges another, thou condemns thyself; for thou that judges do the same things. But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things. And thinks thou this, O man, that judges them which do such things, and do the same , that thou shall escape the judgment of God? One thing for certain is that we shall go before the judgment seat of Christ (2Co5:10); with this being known the stone of sin has gotten bigger and heavier with the crust of hypocrisy around its sphere.

The stone that we were once going to cast has eventually become so big and heavy we still have yet to go through the rest of the interpretations of the passage of Jesus Christ “cast the first stone”! Before I can go on any further I will say that the stone of sin can be very burdensome to most people to the point where they feel that they just can go on. In all reality we have our conscience that we are dealing with, and it tends to be quite evident that with most people it literally drives them to do things that they later regret. Also, I will say this; that if we are not careful we may loose everything that God has done in our favor. I know that it tends to get hard, but its for a specific reason; and I say that the reason can only be to see where we stand faithfully. Although, the burden can be an overwhelming ordeal, it still can be a very good thing; I truly believe that we are being moved by God’s Holy Spirit by and though our conscience to help us rationalize and make sound decisions that will enable us to stay firm, strong, unmovable from the unity of God’s Holy realm. Apart from all this we have what we may see as the only opportunity of salvation, and to remain saved by the glory and grace of God. So long as we do what we are required to do and never going back to the rudiments that once kept us away from God. Again, I will not hesitate to remind us just easy it is for anyone to fall, desecrate the temple of God.

Now, lets take a very good look at what is next in the passage that we have been studying in this lesson. This would be the act of forgiveness; our Father has given us all the opportunity to be forgiven of any and all sins. This can only be done through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; this was expressed by Jesus Christ to Saul, before he became Paul, when Jesus appeared to him on his way to Damascus. Now, as an Apostle, he is in his defense against the Jewish leaders and before Agrippa of what exactly Jesus Christ told him; in relation to his conversion and commission of the gentile people, (Acts26:18)To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is me.

The act of forgiveness come to us form God through Jesus Christ as we know it, but to really comprehend the forgiveness of God lets take a better look at some of the literature that is found in the old testament, by God’s holy men that were moved by God’s Holy Spirit. One thing that we need to realize is that everything we do to gain forgiveness is done through prayer and only through prayer. We have many examples in the old testament and one of them comes through David the Psalmist, (Ps.25:18)Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins. (Ps.86:5)For thou, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call unto thee. We also as an example when Pharaoh pleading with Moses, for sinning against God and them (Ex.10:17)Now therefore forgive, I pray thee, my sin only this once, and entreat the Lord your God, that he may take away from me this death only. We also have a potent message that the Prophet Micah wrote in reference to the forgiveness of God, (Mi.7:18,19)Who is a God like unto thee, that pardons iniquity, and passes by the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He retains not His anger forever, because He delight in mercy. He will turn again, He will have compassion upon us; He will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

As a prime example for us in these time, as the new testament pertains more to us, we have what our Lord Jesus Christ said as an example in his prayer that he was teaching the multitudes (Ma.6:12,14-15)And forgive us our debts, as we have forgiven our debtors. For If ye forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you: but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. As well as He forgave the adulteresses her sins he also had the authority to forgive everyone else their sins (Ma.9:6)but that e may know that the Son of man has power on earth to forgive sins, arise, take up thy bed, and go unto your house. (Ma.18:21-22)Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I shall forgive him? Till seven times? Jesus said unto him, I say not unto thee, until seven times: but until seventy time seven. (Mk.11:25)And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive your trespasses. (Lk.6:37)Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven. Last but not least of all passage that consist of forgiveness we have the greatest example known to man, and it should be know as the worlds greatest example, is what our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ said in the time of his agony and anguish, being crucified, (Lk.23:34)Father forgive them; for they know not what they do.

After all that we have gone through the last interpretation of the passage that we have been studying is repentance. To repent we have open up to God, even though, God already knows all of our secrets and sins. It still considered a requirement a commandment if you will, that we all have to abide to. It’s a necessity that has to occur in order for the process to go through; its part of the conversion that everybody goes through (Lk13:3)I tell you, nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Acts3:19)Repent ye therefore, and be converted [turn again], that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. As far as time being on our side its not, so, the time for repentance is now (2Co.6:2)Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. As it is Christ call to sinners (Lk.5:32)I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. To realize what a true repentance involves:

1)Acknowledgement of the enormity of sin (Ps.51:4)Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight.

2)Godly sorrow for sin (2Co.7:9)Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner.

3)Forsaking sin (Is.55:7)Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. (Eze.18:31)Cast away from all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die. (Ma.3:8)bring forth therefore fruits meet for [worthy of] repentance.

Its quite amazing just how much we can get from such a small, but a strong passage, crucial information that is prudent for everyone to grasp on to for our very own salvation. One other thing that I do wish to say is that this lesson can be applied to the ones who show interest as well as to those who have already been a new born for quite some time. I t makes no difference who you are we are all under to scrutiny of God’s Holy presences. Let honor our Father by doing His will and His will only. As we need it for survival.

The last topic that I wish to mention; which is wonderful and is a part of our hope that we have in God, is His Gracious Assurance. His pardon is for all; as well already have it , but lets nor be ignorant of what lies in this world, His gracious assurance is this, (Is.1:18)Come now, and let us reason together, said the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be wool. Among other passages we can read (Eze.18:21), (Acts 2:38), (1Jo.1:9). Is it time that we all drop that sin of stone that tend to wear us down at time more than often. I say if we are going to cast that stone lets cast it some where we will not have to carry it any longer. Let by gone be by gone, and overlook everything in this world, pray for forgiveness, and repent of any and all wrongs.

Breaking the chains of sin

In the torment of a person's yesteryear they were living life as though there was no tomorrow, and without fear in their hearts. In complete denial of any type of righteousness that would come their way, time and time again. No regard for no one, but themselves in self righteous indignation. No remorse for their errors, or their sins; whether they knew or not they were still guilty of being a dreadful sinner. Each one of them knows exactly what they did, the way they behaved, the way they pushed their loved ones away; because they were right and everyone else was wrong. Being so full of lies, filth, malicious acts, and the list goes on and on; they know what they are doing, or rather what they’re capable of doing. Only to satisfy the evil desires that lingered within their flesh, and this was, and is being done on a daily basis; with no regard, nor remorse, and maybe a bit of somewhat guilt; that does run in everyone’s mind. Which is a leverage of breaking the chains of sin forevermore, in the precept of what we are entitled of, and that is, the generous invitation of salvation by the one who truly cares for us, our Father!

There is only one remote possibility of a chance that anyone that is a dreadful sinner might have; if we seek for it the righteous way. As our Lord Jesus Christ put so plain for all see and understand: when he was at the end of his sermon on the mount, (Ma.7:7)Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. How plain and clear he gave the path to those who wish to break the chains of sin. I for one, not to brag, did eventually got fed up and tired of the disgusting life I was living; for many lost and wasted years.

As the passage says “ask“, ask who, we ask God of course, and maybe he will hear your cry. What exactly do we ask for: to be free from the bonds of satan, and the nightmare that we once lived, and to be free from the guilt that has us in a gut trenching way of disgust. “Seek“, seek for what, we therefore seek God’s holy salvation, for God’s love and mercy: to become a part of His holy Son. We seek to be sanctified by His Son; who is the only one who can justify and cleans the filth: that has kept us separated from our Father. “Knock”, knock where, for who do we expect to find behind the door, and the door that Jesus explained was and is he; as he explains it to the multitudes during his ministry (Jo.10:7)Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. He also explains it to the Apostle John in the book of Revelations (Rev.3:20)Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with me. Presuming that the feast is the bread of life; which is also known as the word of God, and in fact is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Now that we have that clear to its true essence: meaning that we now should have an understanding of how we can break the chains of sin: which would only be through him [Jesus Christ], and uphold his name very sternly. So, lets study on to know more of what we need to know about the chains of sin, and just how we can have God accept and approve us to His glory. To begin, we need not to be ignorant that we being in human form [living in the flesh], we are still here where we are at; in the weakness of our flesh: down right sinners. At any given time I, you, we can fail, falter, and fall right back to this dreadful world and its enticements. Only if we are not practicing what we are supposed to be practicing, and that is living by God’s will and not our own; because our flesh is weak, but our spirit is willing. Our Lord Jesus Christ made this known to the Apostle Peter; when he and his Apostles went to the place called Gethsemane to pray, and he would find them asleep (Mk.14:38)Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Well, according to the word of God we have been under rule of our own law of nature from the very beginning, and this explained by the Apostle Paul to the Romans(Ro.2:14,15)for when the Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves, who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or excusing them. Unfortunately, as we know it, it was all bad and did not work to no ones advantage, but satan. That is why we have been searching for the freedom that our Savior has been offering to everyone. Well, in any case the Apostle Paul gives a wonderful explanation pertaining to this lawless law of nature of the flesh that is weak (Ro.8:3-13).

This is very important information that everyone needs to keep with them always, and I mean from the very beginning of our salvation to the end of either final rest, or when we are delivered to eternal life; and this is living in accordance to the will of God; that will enable us to be granted eternal life. The important thing to keep in mind is that we have one man who came down for this entire world to carry the sins and put them to death in his flesh. The death of Jesus Christ who was crucified on the miserable cross, for the benefit of everyone. Sin was condemned in the flesh by Jesus, and if we have accepted Jesus we should no longer live for the flesh but live in the Spirit and sin no more, for the chance of eternal life. Once this is done we have broken the chains of sin through and for our Savior Jesus Christ for the glory of God: if we walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh. We then need to read the word of God and put into practice what we read; and our reliance is in God through prayer and complete obedience of God’s will which is all in righteousness and holiness.

Now, if we continue to do what we wish to do; which is in contradiction to the will of God; what do we think we deserve from God? We need to be very careful just how we live our lives! We do not own ourselves anymore, so then why do we still do the things that we do? Who do we think we are to be testing our Father in such ways? Are we greater than God? God forbid! It does not matter what you think you are doing if you assume that its okay; when in fact its not. I am talking to me, to you, to everyone on this matter, as this is a very important situation. Do we really think that we can save ourselves for that matter? No we can not! When there is a conflict of doubtful disputation among ourselves, this needs to stop! If any one is in a negative confrontation over the matter of righteousness, this needs to stop! If anyone goes against those who God has put to serve you and protect your salvation, stop! (Heb.13:17,18)Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you. Pray for us; for we are confident that we have a good conscience, in all things desiring to live honorably.

We must be really ignorant to even assume that we have gotten away with some stupid and absurd mistake, error, sin. We need to always be aware that everything is wide open to our Father and there is nothing hidden from him. Another thing that we need to keep in mind is the fact that every time we sin it is not forgotten, therefore written in the book of judgment; but if we confess all of our sins to our Father who is just and faithful to forgive us all unrighteousness; he will pardon us (1Jo.1:9). Then everything gets erased and our name gets put back on the book of life, but we must not take advantage of this for any reason at all. The underline statement is that if we commit any sin we have fallen from God’s holy realm, and have stepped out of his kingdom. The longer we go from confessing our sins, is the longer we go without God’s forgiveness, and we are pressed for time; because we don’t know what is the actual time to our Father. He at any given time shall say this it, and time is up; the Apostle Peter wrote of this in his second Epistle to all Christians in general (2Pe.3:8-11).

Let me ask you this, do you think that you are able to withstand being corrected or rebuked for your errors and sins? Even if you think they are not as bad as you think they are. Well, to our Father anything that is a contradiction to His will is a sin; because we are then guilty of breaking His law, and therefore we are still sinning against Him(1Jo.3:4-10). Do we really want to be guilty of breaking any of His commandments; which is the will of God. We need to always remember that we have so much to consider in the way we live life before God and the rest of the people that surround us on a daily basis. The bottom line is, if we are still sinning we have not really grasped what is true and what is right, and therefore we are deceiving ourselves and making an open shame of our Lord Jesus Christ. Also, with this being known we therefore give people the opportunity to blame the religion of God and become a major stumbling rock for those around us (2Co.6:3)We give no offense in anything, that our ministry may not be blamed.

If we have truly broken the chains of sin lets really live up to what is expected of us no matter what! Yeah, we will be evil spoken of, but who cares, and there will be obstacles in the way, how else are we to grow is spirit and in faith. We must not allow nothing to interfere with our relationship with God. Lets live up to God’s highest expectations that He so deserves, honorably, and to His glory. Lets allow the Spiritual guidance of the Holy Spirit continue earnestly and righteously with us, for us, and in us (Ep.4:22-24)that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. Lets give it a rest and remain true and faithful to God. Its really not a lot to ask for; if we were able to do things of our past so easily why should living up to God’s standards be so hard for us. As the word of God teaches us; that it is the new process that we are striving for, only we have to relinquish old ways to start the new; in order for the true affect of spiritualism to commence without further a due. We do not know how long we have here in this miserable world, so, we need to live it with all purity in respect of our Father and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If they have done all this for us we need to be as they and live as they; not allowing the weakness of our flesh take the better of us, but allowing what spirituality that has grown thus far to grow even more to the glory of God.
